#80 YModem implementation incompatible with tera term

Tera terms implementation of ymodem always sends 5 identical packets of "block 0" (header packet) See image: First header packet is sent, second header packet is sent even though shellmatta ACKs the initial packet. The duplicate packets get NAK'd which cause the rest of the transmission to get mangled.
