#56 Help Command shall only print help and usage as detailled output

Help for command: cmd1 (1)

cmd1 does one less than cmd2

Usage: 
cmd1 [options]
        foo: activare preBar

Added arguments to the help command to print the detailled usage text when the command is passed to the help command as argument. e.g. ``` help cmd1 ``` output: ``` Help for command: cmd1 (1) cmd1 does one less than cmd2 Usage: cmd1 [options] foo: activare preBar ``` close #55 fix #55 + improved documentation and code style
